Dr Parikshak graduated with an undergraduate degree in Microbiology/Human Anatomy from the University of Toronto in Canada. He attained his dental degree in June of 1992, at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Detroit, MI.
Following graduation, he pursued a year long general practice residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
Dr Parikshak provides compassionate general dental services including radiographic and diagnostic examinations, tooth whitening and general restorative services including composite restorations and crowns. Replacement of teeth with dentures and partial dentures are also provided. He also performs simple and some surgical extractions and is proficient in restoring single tooth implant cases or implant retained dentures/partial dentures.
Patient education is of utmost importance to his clinical practice. Chairside, his motto has always been "gently treating all patients like I would my own family."
Dr Parikshak is very family oriented and likes to spend his time with his wife and children. He loves to travel and try different cuisines of the world. He also enjoys the beach and outdoor activities.
Dr Parikshak has also been a long standing member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and the West Coast District Dental Society. He also belongs to the Pinnacle Study Club which meets monthly with local dental colleagues for continuing dental education and clinical advancement.

She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Pasco-Hernando State College in 2014, graduating as a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

Carrie Chominsky is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with over 11 years of experience providing preventive dental care to both adults and children.
She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Pasco-Hernando State College in 2014, graduating as a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Carrie is skilled in a full range of dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient education. Known for her calm, compassionate communication style, she excels at helping anxious or special-needs patients feel at ease. Carrie is passionate about preventive health and enjoys empowering patients to take control of their oral care.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and dogs, and is active in her church community.
